Is there any specific reason why 611 takes like 3 tries before actually giving sound and volume?
I'll call and it will just be dead silent the first 2 times, usually the third time you can hear the Automated System finally talk..
It's not just me, I had another Referral also reach out recently and ask why it took so many times of calling to get 611 to finally work with Volume..

For me, I am mostly ok.
successful rate can be like 80%, so maybe 1 out of 5 I got the issue, the rest are good. So, even I got the no sound thing, I hang up, dial a 2nd time and connect no issue

I've noticed this has been an issue since long before the update to EverSafe ID... Public has a few things they still need to work out from even the last version.

I too have that issue, it has been a system issue for a long time now, they simply never fixed.
