Hi,
Can someone at Public Mobile admin re-set up call forwarding for my phone xxx
Calls should get forwarded to +1 yyy.
My account is active but I am currently outside the country so help me please. It is urgent.
It was working all these months and now all of a sudden, not sure what happened, I am not getting forwarded calls.

Is your Sim card out of the country as well? You cannot reset your call forwarding settings when you are not connected to the network. You would need your Sim card to be in Canada in a working phone for call forwarding to be set from the default voicemail setting. You could either ship it back to family to reset for you or arrange for them to purchase a new Sim card and perform a Sim swap in your account so they can reset your call forwarding. This is an unfortunate consequence of pm enabling VoLTE calling for its customers.
