I subscribed the plan 2 days ago , but I am not able to dial unsaved number . Could u please guide me what to do ? And how to fix it ?

I removed the SIM card and it worked !

To see if it will make any difference, remove the old SIM you dont need it anyway.
Verify in your phone settings that the PM eSIM is set as primary or turn on this line and restart.
If still same, use the chatbot to create a ticket for agents to look at it for you.

Also the SIM card still in our phone . But we got the E sim from public mobile

My mom and I moved from Rogers to public mobile . We restarted our phones , we already checked setting in our phone . The outcoming calls are fine we can accept and talk , but we can’t dial unsaved numbers .

Did you port your number from another carrier? Is that SIM card still in your phone?
Did you try restarting your phone?
Are you getting incoming calls?

sounds odd ! When you activated your new Public Mobile account did you take a new number or did you attempt to port a number in from previous cell provider ? If so, did you replay YES within 90 minutes to the confirmation text from previous network ? If so, now remove their sim and install PM sim.
