support said its a glitch from their end they are now working on it .

@DisabledHuman

with your model of phone, although it has VoLTE, it is on the VoLTE whitelist set by PM, so you will need to use 3G for voice.  You can also confirm that here:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte

Without VoLTE support from PM, you phone might not work very well with voice calls and that could be why you are experiencing voice calls trouble

And Telus is currently  refarming the 850MHz band 5 spectrum and hence you are left with 1900MHz for voice calls.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/850-turndown

While one compatible band is still sufficient, reality is  1900 MHz could have less coverage, depending on your proximity to a tower and hence you are seeing a poor or no coverage with voice  (Data is not impacted as your phone has the compatible bands on 4G/5G)

But test your sim card on another phone first to confirm if it is a device issue or if it is account.  Preferably test it on an iPhone or Samsung S22 (or later) for more accurate test as those phone have VoLTE support with PM

the device is not the issue, the SNR. Cell ID , are all correct,   coverage, devicem IMEI - its a carrier network block with no support. .   "All numbers dialing out say not in service, call 611, 611 Does not exist, no support"  if voice returns that audio its connected  and authorized and the  SYNC level

@DisabledHuman

ok but does it show your network at the top of your cell as being Public Mobile ? When you log in to your account can you confirm if the account is active and in good standing ?

there is clear single to the operator cell, great SNR, this is clearly an operator issue.

@DisabledHuman Do you get any signal on your phone? What is your account status? Can you send text or use Data? Try enabling/disabling Airplane mode.
