@AleksandrC- It's just cleaner and proper. The default settings from the provider put them in. So may as well.

Or some phone dialer, you can open the option menu and setup the forwarding there as well

Due to VoLTE Only unconditional call forwarding works (meaning ALL calls get forwarded). All other tricks do not work anymore. It is called 'progress' 😞

@mountain this is a known issue now
Since the enabling of VoLTE, conditional forwarding are failing. Only Unconditional forwarding *21* will work
There is no fix at the moment
The only possible exception is for those who are can use VoLTE on an VoLTE compatible phone. Do you know if you are using VoLTE now when making calls? If you are , there is a chance support can fix the forwarding issue
But for those who cannot use VoLTE but using 3G for voice, there is no fix for uncoditional forwarding at the moment
