Call Forwarding Error

I am trying to set my phone to forward and I am getting the following error:

"CONNECTION PROBLEM OR INVALID MMI CODE"

I have tried restarting, being in safe mode and even reset the networks.

Any other solutions?

Are you trying to configure "unconditional" forwarding, or one of the three "conditional" forwards?  I've found personally since the switch to VoLTE that I can configure "unconditional" forwarding (for all calls, using the *21 code) but not the "conditional" forwards (busy, no answer, declined, using the *61, *62, *67 codes)

If your phone is using LTE network, as a troubleshooting step you could try forcing your phone to 3G mode to see if you see any change in the ability to set call forwarding or not.

@ABbound   most phone on PM is now still using 3G network for voice.

PM allows selected phones to use LTE for voice, it's called VoLTE (voice over LTE).

however, Moto Ace 5G is not a compatible PM's VoLTE device.

So, sorry, the conditional forwarding won't work for you at the moment   (Honest, not sure if they will fix it)

I don't what Volte is lol. I have a Moto Ace 5g.

since the enabling of VoLTE , the conditional forwarding was broken

However, if your phone is VoLTE compatible with PM network, and is using VoLTE, PM support can help and fix it (but if you are not using VoLTE, then sorry, conditional forwarding simply not working)

So, what brand and model is your phone? do you know if VoLTE is working ?
