Hello,
I'm with Public Mobile for the past 2years and my call display has worked perfectly during this time. However, for the last two weeks all of my calls that I receive are showing as "No Caller ID" on my iPhone 6S. I've checked, my phone is compatible on the website. I've also confirmed the callers on the other end have not blocked my number. I went to the Apple Store and they said to request Public Mobile to fix this issue as this is not a phone or software related issue. Apple store mentioned to request Public Mobile to referesh my number/account.
Please help!
Thank you

I see this likely as an account issue. If the numbers are showing in self serve, they should also be showing when the person calls.

@maherhusain Out of curiosity, when you check your usage history in self-serve do the calls have numbers that are calling you displayed there? Or, is it also "no caller ID" or "unknown number"?

As as you wait for moderator help, maybe try network reset or even reboot phone.
I do not believe that the receiving end can block incoming call display.

On android phone i believe you can disable call waiting and call display as well as call forwarding. Can you see if you can do that on iPhone? Can you borrow an android phone and try it out? Maybe the songs can be changed art the phone level
