Got my ticket 2 hours ago and stil nothing from the csa!!

I have no data since I changes my plan!!!

I’m expecting a compensation for the daySsssss my data wasn’t working!!!

@Casimyml hi with all the issues lately it can take up to 48 hours for a reply check your envelope top right corner for a response

I doubt you will get any compensation for days without any kind of service.

But be persistent and wait for agent to reply. Do not send too many messages as that might confuse them.

You can try contacting agents directly; it might work faster even though ticketing is preferred contact method.
