Do you know your 4 digit account pin #? If so you can add funds and purchase US Roaming add ons thru 611. Otherwise try sending a private message again using the link in this post.

Thanks so much! The link worked for me. I was trying to input the CS Agent address by hand and it wouldn't take it. I really appreciate your help.
