Public mobile customer service is not live. There is no live chat feature or phone number to call. Once you send a service ticket or private message, it will usually take a few hours for CSA to respond.
Any issues that you would like to share with the community members on the forum? We are customers like yourself, but often can provide advice that helps troubleshoot different situations. Often, posters do not need direct CSA involvement.

what's the issue...maybe we can help before the CSA can.
added...use this link to message a CSA. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.
