I'd like to transfer my old number with koodo prepaid to my new public account and was directed to ask for help here. Thanks @CS_Agent

To have a successful porting from Koodo prepaid service:
1- Koodo account must be active so make sure to port over before your renewal date
2- Use your Koodo account number during the activation process
3- Keep your Koodo SIM in your phone after completion of the activation process and wait for the text confirming you are porting over to PM with YES…you have 90 minutes to reply
4- Continue to use your Koodo SIM until porting is completed…may take up to 2 hours
5- Power off your phone and switch to the PM SIM then power on your phone
6- Welcome to PM!

@Chuck7 .you need to contact customer support to help you transfer number from Koodo pre paid . Here’s the link
