This is a very frustrating loop. I will defeintley disconnect from your service after this. Which I technically can't do right now!
My phone is ruined. So I bought a new phone. But in order to connect to my public mobile account, and activate my eSim you keep validating me by sending a message to my phone. But I don't have that number activated.
Please solve this ASAP!

you can get code via email or voicemail. Click Didn't get the code, and choose Send email. You can choose Send voice message as well, then call yourself from another phone to get the code via voicemail
if those options not there, PM can still help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

hi @noamhoze
when you login and go to 2FA, simply click Didn't receive code or Resend code, choose Send Email and get the code via email. Then you login and buy eSim from Account page, Purchase Sim card and choose esim
but if you cannot get the code via email , or the option not there, ask PM support to help. You can submit ticket by direct message:
