the account likely closed, but call 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter your number to confirm. If it cannot find the account, then it is closed

@BhawnaSharma When your plan is suspended more then 90 days it automatically closes , you need to get new SIM card and new email and create new account unfortunately

Hello @BhawnaSharma
Your account is now closed and the phone number you previously had, are gone.
You will have to start a whole new account and you will require a new SIM card as SIM cards are one time use only with Public Mobile. If your phone accepts, you can always get an eSIM. Check first.
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.
Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99
Or find a Mobile Klinik near you. https://mobileklinik.ca/stores/

if it hasn't been used and paid for 5 mos, your account is deactivated. You need a new sim to start a new account and you gotta use a different email address too.
added...dial 611 using your cell to hear status of the account. If you have no account, then you'll need to start over with a new sim. (but esim is free for new activations)
