I had complications with my account. Ling story short the mfa code gets sent to my mom's number instead of mine so I always request for the code to be emailed. How can I get the code to be sent to my phone?

you can only do that if your phone number is not tie with another EverSafe/PM account
since you can get the code via email, you don't need PM support agent to help. You can make the change yourself.
just login My Account, yes, get the code via email, then go to Profile-Manage EverSafe ID and update the phone number there

Since you're able to send the code to your email and log in, do that, once in, click on this direct link and change the phone number to where it goes to. It's the middle option.

@Lcamdang86 If you’re able to get logged into your account . Profile page in the eversafe section you can update the number to get the 2FA code to be sent to your phone . If you have any trouble you can get support to help you do so also
