I got my physical sim yesterday but am unable to get service after renewing my subscription. I have tried all possible troubleshooting, but still unable to, please provide a solution from your end. Thank you

have you login to My Account or the app to update the sim card number yet? you need to do that for the sim to work. If yours is a new activation, you can only use PM app to do this step
if you are existing customer, you can use either the app or login My Account on the browser. For 2FA step, you can click Didn't receive code and choose Send Email to get the code. After login, go to Account page (or Profile) and update sim card number there
if you really cannot login, then ask PM support agent to help. You can submit ticket by direct message:

@Alajiadeniyi I'm not sure I follow why you needed a physical sim when you already had a subscription, but to contact customer service you need to open a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page. If that doesn't work then send customer support agents a private message using this link
