Hi,
I bought a second sim card from you as a guest and logged in. Now I'd like to cancel that second sim card plan, how should I proceed?

@Mary-Mobile  You second account would have its own email . You can only have one phone number per account

That's correct but I only see my main sim card on my PM account but I'm being charged for the second sim that I don't wish to use it anymore.I want to keep my primary sim and pay for it but not the second one. and I don't see any option on my PM account to disable the pre-authorization for the second sim only.

That's right. I activate the sim card I bought as a guest user and used it for a couple of months, but I don't need it anymore that's why I want to cancel the pre-authorization for the monthly payment of that sim card

@Mary-Mobile   you bought the sim card as a guest user, but you must have activated  with a proper email address and password (not guest).

Can you access the My Account of the account that you want to cancel the service?

If so, you will need to login My Account, go to Payment page, Manage Subscription and disable Subscribed so PM won't be charging you again after this cycle

If you have no access to the My Account of that account you want to cancel, you will have to open ticket with PM support and ask them to help removing the credit card from that account

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@Mary-Mobile  Then you need to log into that guest account and  turn off auto pay like this

or get support to remove credit card on file for it right away

@Mary-Mobile you pay $10 for the sim card, right? that is the only charge for that sim card order

Only if you activate using the sim card, then it will get another charge for the activation/plan

@Mary-Mobile  You won’t get charged for SIM card that’s not been activated . To be sure double check credit card you should only have one posted charge for one phone plan not two . If you ever do then contact support for a refund or credit .

@Mary-Mobile  If the second sim you bought as a guests has never been activated then there is nothing to cancel . You just out  the cost of the SIM card . Which you. Can then keep for spare or give to a friend fr a referral

@Mary-Mobile

sim card order cannot be refunded  😞

The issue is that I bought the second sim card as a guest user and not from my public mobile account. so I don't know how to cancel the subscription when I don't have an account for the second sim card.

Thanks for your response, the issue is I bought the second sim card when I was not signed in into my account so I don't know how to disable the autopay.

Are you saying your activated a second line/account temporarily, and now you'd like to close it/cancel the plan? In that case you simply need to disable autopay and the account will suspend automatically at the end of the current 30 day subscription.

Public mobile SIM card purchases are non refundable.  You could save the SIM card for future use or give to family or friend for a new referral.
