Hi, I accidentally hit the payment button for US bundle add-on $30. I was trying to use my points but it charged my credit card. Can I get some help towards this? Thank you! I wanted to cancel the payment and make it right.

please DO NOT suggest anyone to do a reverse on the credit card side. Any reverse charges would result in immediate account suspension. Account owner would need to use vouchers to pay for at least 12 months to get the account back in good standing. If OP follows your advise, he could be screaming tomorrow

As per @hTideGnow Public Mobile is a pre paid service. Chances of you getting a refund are very slim. However, with that being said, the agent will probably just give it to you as a credit on your account so when the next payment comes off your account, it will deduct $30 from it. Then the rest will be deducted from your regular payment method. If the money loss is a huge issue, you can reach out to your credit card company and ask for charges to be reversed. But honestly, it's not worth the hassle as the credit on the account is just the same.
