Since I got the email about making a password for EverSafe, and did so, I have been unable to login with a password for either account or to reset my passwords. I am told that my passwords do not match, then I am locked out of my accounts. Now it even locks me out after ONE try. This has happened many, many times — I cannot tell you the number of times in about 3 months that I have attempted to log-in to either account or the Community. I am enormously frustrated. I can’t seem to chat with a Customer Service Agent without logging in; the bot simply loops my chat with it and I get nowhere. I am told I’m being locked out for my account security. And now my account has No Service even though my credit card has been charged and both accounts are set to AutoPay.
PLEASE help me to reset all my passwords and to be able to log-in to all my accounts. And give the complete service to all accounts I am currently PAYing for.

KennethJAdams, Please reply by email directly to one of my email addresses listed above. Yes, I signed up for EverSafe and this is when the trouble logging in began. I am using my iPad on the website to access accounts and until this problem with logging in I have never had a problem signing in to either phone account or the Community. I no longer know what passwords are functioning on the accounts. What further information can I provide?

What have to tried to do where you can't get into your account?
Have you signed up for the new EverSafe ID on publicmobile.ca website?
Are you using the app on your phone or website on PC.
We need more info before we can help you . There are a lot of brilliant members here in our community who can help you out. Let us show you!

Did you create a Eversafe ID before login to your account. All longtime members must create an ID so click on Sign Up before login.
