Im not able to download the app. Ive tried twice to subscribe for esim.  I have been charged twice on my Crédit card!!! And now i have no line!!!!

Probably the reason you can’t load the app is because your phone is on an old OS/iOS.

@Edoardo   so, you were subscribing using online (web)?

Look like you need support to confirm your eSIM activation, maybe they can send you the QR code, and arranage for refund for duplicated charges
