CC payment will not process, whatsoever

I need to get an add-on enabled stat and add available funds to my account. My auto-pay is not due yet, but when I try to make a one-time payment, I keep getting refused with the following message:

Unable to process this transaction. 
Sorry, we are unable to verify your credit card information, so this transaction could not be completed. Your credit card has not been charged.

I have not tried a different card, but have double checked with my bank that there are no issues in standing or payment with this card. This is the same card I have used for over a year with Autopay with no problems. I have to wonder if my account might get shutdown on the autopay date.

 

Yes, my CC address should be matching my profile address (I updated both several times).

Yes, I have tried in differnet browsers and private browsing modes.

 

The result is the same every time. What is going on!?

UPDATE: as I suspected, the payment has failed to process on the auto-pay date and I am currently without my phone service. I have not yet received any response from moderators.

@daka_x You can also add a voucher payment that way.

If not already done, click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, PIN, and an explanation.

It should. You can also try directly from your phone dialing 611.

I definitely do not mind! I'd love to see spoilers more when it comes to the nitty gritty advice for talking to moderators.

It's not the answer but as a stopgap measure you could buy a voucher and use that to pay.

 

Also after several times the portal will block your cards usage so only mods can fix.

 

Also double check recent transactions tomorrow just incase you were charged.
