Is there a contact phone number where I can call and update CC info. I am having sign in issues. I post 6 hrs ago. no response so far

I had a lot of problems updating my cc. Took me a long time. Finally I had to remove the old cc and then replace with new card. Works fine now

Unfortunately no....there is no phone number to call. Have a read thru this post on updating your credit card info and it may help you. Otherwise contact customer support to gain access to your ac ount and/or update your card.

Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Once you are back in, you can then update your CC info

@Rajiv - you posted where? Did you submit a ticket to CSA by either these two methods?
1- Put in a ticket through SIMon Bot (usually faster method to get in contact with the Public Mobile Customer Support agents=CSA) by clicking here:

Were you ever able to log into your account? If not, maybe you need to register for one.

If you have been able to log into self serve before, have you tried the Forgot your Password option?

If you can get in, this is where you go change/replace/update your card info below.
