I realized I won’t be able to port over my old number to PM, I need to be able to select the option to have a new number assigned to my esim but I can’t get past the authentication part, help!!!!

you might need to submit ticket with CS agent and have them to pick a new number for you first. After that is done and you can receive the text, you can go back to My Account and pick another number of your choice. Submit ticket here
