I need to use several different phone numbers.
I want to buy several different PM phone numbers. One of them (the first) must be a regular PM phone number. I want to buy several other discounted/cheap PM phone numbers that will only forward everything to that first regular PM phone number.
Is it possible? What's the price/plans for these discounted/cheap PM phone numbers?
If it is possible, can I port in (or transfer in) an existing number from another provider to PM?

Can anyone advise @647866 if the $15 plan was used for the numbers being forwarded.....will that count against the 100 minutes per 30 days. Thus would need $5 add ons or the $25 plan. But if used VoIP would be charged cents for each call forwarded or zero if no calls forwarded or another option in the case of VoIP.ms a $4.25 unlimited inbound charge.

You WILL need a SIM for each number.
AND
A plan for each SIM.

Try VoIP.ms. It will be a lot less.

@647866 You can have as many phone numbers and accounts as you want but to access each one, you need to change sim cards. You'll also need to pay for a plan for each.
People have different reasons for this. Some lines can be for employees or family, and they can be for personal or business use.
Added:
You do need a sim for each.

I would just add that I don't even need SIM cards from PM for these forwarding numbers.
You guys are so cool!
I will follow the advice and mark the best answer.
Thank you so much.

Another advantage of having a Fongo number is to receive FAX and Fongo will email your FAX pdf file to your inbox.

@647866 I think popping has the best cost effective solution. I would suggest either fongo or textnow. I'm not too sure how fongo works exactly, but you can purchase a number from text now for $8 a year and then just forward those numbers to your pm account
use the Gmail alias method
ie. 647866@gmail.com 647866+2@gmail.com
then you can have multiple accounts on 1 email

You'd need a new sim for each number. You'd need a different email address for each number. Call forwarding should be easy enuff.
BTW..there are no discounts for multiple accounts but shop around for discount sim cards.

Hello @647866 ,
Yes, you can port in as many numbers as you like to Public Mobile!
Check out the plans that are available here; make sure to select your province that you are in.

1. Activate a PM account with a PM number and port your number to PM.
2. Create a Fongo number which is free and configure your Fongo number to forward all call to your PM number.

@647866 you can port/ transfer a number from another provider. The cheapest plan available is the $15 plan but under this plan, you can only forward 100 minutes per month. Meaning you would either have to buy the 500 minute $5 add ons. Or go up to the $25 per 30 day cycle unlimited calling plans.
