This is not fair! If this is allowed I am going to post this all over for my credits, I thought we were not allowed. The only reason I am not doing it is because I thought we would be in trouble. If its allowed I am going to do it.

I would say this term is difficult for them to substantiate.  I will say this much, if I were activating, I could easily find a "friend" that is far more deserving of the referral reward than some total stranger.  Posting your number in a public forum is not a good idea also.

Public Mobile isn't  going to be able to enforce such a term anyway.   Who is anyway to say that someome I meet tonight at a bar isn't a friend, or even someome who replies to a Kijiji ad.  The argument can ne made that since the person jas senr a mesaage/e-mail that there is now a relationship.  I suspect that Public would likely look the ither way since the referals do still have the capabiliy to bring in more customers.  The referal bonus is just a marketting expense.  Out in the open, you'll never get anyone anyone at Public Mobile to give anything other than the official politically correct stance and saying that it's not right.
