Collecting 20 points is very hard now.
With 20% increased plan bill it ll be hard to calculate it too.

but @Paul3000
don't get too disappointed, the data add-on price and point redemption both reduced
And I notice the Long distance minutes, other than the US and Canada-wide calling add-on, most have minutes increased but same price

Noticed this as well. Seems they've reduced rewards and now increased the bar in order to use the rewards. Without any real warning. Noticed in the rewards area of the app the bill credit used to be maybe third on the list and now is buried way down. Wonder if it will just drop off entirely at some stage without warning. Stay tuned I guess! Thanks for keeping the community informed.

@slusagm , thanks for the announcement!
Once again another negative change that made it much more difficult to stay here! This is the complete opposite of my request/suggestion! There shouldn’t be any restrictions on the amount of our points that we are allowed to redeem. We should be able to redeem the amount of points that we need/want. Some of us struggle to get by!

The opposite of rewarding customers, not to mention the opposite of my suggestion. It's virtually impossible for customers to be rewarded. It makes credit card rewards look good.

Ho, Ho, Ho. Christmas has arrived rather early...
Not to worry. Soon it will be 50 points for $50. Or $25...?

I redeemed some yesterday and it was 15. This morning, I tried to redeem for my mother's account and it was 20. Sneaky of them, and they get to keep the points (money) longer in their bank.
