Rewards redemption credit discrepancy

Hello, back in August I redeemed 15 points for what was allegedly a $20 bill credit as shown in redemption activity below.

However in my payment history I was only provided $15 credit and was charged over $5 for the difference.

@Diogenes87 , there was never an option to redeem 15 points for $20.  If you were able to do the redemption before the change, you would have redeemed 15 points for $15.  Now, you need to redeem 20 points for $20.  In the rewards tab, there is a redemption history that you can go over to see when and how many points were redeemed.

bill credit changed to 20 points for $20 around 2 weeks ago

for your redemption history, it deduct 15 points, gave you $15 credit, so it is correct, just the description was off
