Hi,
I'm a current customer but saw the boxing week deal (29$/month for 30gb data) is significantly better than my current 35$/month for 3 gb data. Is there a way to match this as a loyal customer or do I need to cancel?

I finally managed to get the $34 package for 50 Gb as an active customer. I did the same as Mrsblondee. Just be patient and stay polite with customer service. Cool 😀👍.

Yes me too!!! I have 5 lines with public for my family. 3 5G and 2 4G.
Why is it that new customers get a better deal than existing customers???? It’s $41 per month for my whole family for 5 lines difference!!! Do you want me to port out 5 lines??? This is ridiculous.
l would like the same deals as others or I will be leaving to another provider. All 5 of us!

@kimfm1 Even thou this plan is for new activations only , your best to ask support if they can make an exception . Worked for me today in the 50GB for $34 plan . And I’m loyal existing customer

The plan is for new activations only.
But you can check your luck with PM agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Remember, that plan supposed to be for new activation, so agent has the right to decline your request, although some reported they got it.
