While Public Mobile's custoemr support agents that have been mentioend might do something for you, this is entirely on a case by case basis.  The terms of service actually state that there are no refunds and that all sales are final, so pelase keep that in mind if receiving an unfavorable response.

yes ,possible.  CS agent might reverse the transation and leave the fund on your account as Available Fund and could be used for next renewal.  Just engage them via direct message here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
