I bought a subscription and esim, final step was download app to activate account. Put email and password in but tells me they’re not right

When I activated my account I was getting the same message. No matter what I tried I could not figure it out. I created at ticket @CS_Agent and the issue was resolved very quickly. Hope a customer service agent can help resolve your issue and get you up and running.

Are you able to use the forgot password feature and reset the password? I’d try that and then try and login on the app again to complete the activation.
Also make sure you are typing in your email and password, the fields can be finicky and sometimes don’t like autofill or pasting from a password manager.
