I bought a phone card and it's not working I try adding it and it kick back to the beginning

Are you saying that you bought a public mobile voucher? Are you trying to add it within your cell service account? If so instead phone 611 from your phone or if you don't have access to your phone call 1-855-4 PUBLIC and enter your 10-digit phone number then you'll press one and press one again and enter your 12 digit Public Mobile voucher PIN #.
If it's added successfully you will be told so on the call and you will receive a text telling you you have successfully added a payment to your account. Adding Public Mobile vouchers this way is much less problematic then using your self-serve account. Please keep in mind you're only able to attempt to payments before having to wait out one full hour before trying again this is whether they're successful or not or through your self-serve or the 611/IVR system.
If you happen to be suspended adding payments through the 611/ivr system will automatically reactivate your services unless you have it suspended via lost/stolen.

@Mike58 hi do you mean you bought a public voucher and you can't add it ? did you try dialing *611 on your phone to add it,also you can add it in your self serve account
