Bought a phone but it hasn't come in

I paid for a phone a few weeks ago and it still has not arrived. Is there a way to track the order?

@J7Gief , please submit a support ticket as per @Handy1 a suggestion. 

I was able to track my phone order without Public Mobile giving me the tracking # for it! I used the  the UPS app with my shipping address on it! It then in turn gave me the tracking # for my order as soon as UPS received it. 😁
