Bought 5G plan that does not work - I need my Sim Card password or PIN to lock it

Hi there

 

1- I have Samsung 8+ and I switched to the 5 G but it doe s not work and I am unable to switch back whats my options?

2- I need my sim car password or PIN number to be able to lock it in case I loose my phone

@zagga , For question # 2: I was told that the default sim card pin# to lock it was 1234 then you could change it after inputting that but not positive if that information is correct or where you would find it. It is best to ask CS_Agent for help with that to avoid issues using it yourself.

Edit: I tried entering 1234 and it worked. Then I changed to a different one.

you sure it is a sim card PUK you need and not carrier unlock code?
