That was a bonus given to people on the old Loyalty rewards program. If you were not on it and just on the point program you would not get it.

Do you mean why didn't you get the bonus, or why didn't you get the message?  Were you a public mobile customer before early 2022?  If not you don't get the bonus.  If you were and were promised the bonus but didn't receive it then you'd need to contact customer service, submit a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page

@Michgvs1 , you received this because you were on the legacy reward program and was moved over to the points reward program.
