Hi its the first time ive been out of my data and it's disappeared from the line but i have lots of bonus data and i can't access it my phone wont work outside of the home.

Try to reboot your phone once
Check if you have setup some data limit on your phone
and if still does not work, please post a screenshot of your My Data & Add-ons section on your My Account
And, what kind of phone do you have?

That is strange, it should automatically switch to your bonus data.
Maybe you should check to see if there are any bonus data left in your account.

@JolandaMorrison hi how much data do you usually have and what does your bonus data say in your data and add on section ? it should go straight to your bonus data when you run out out of your regular allotment

@JolandaMorrison If you see bonus data line under My Data/Add-on in your account's overview page, then first try rebooting the phone and also make sure data didn't accidentally get disabled on the phone. You can also try removing the SIM and reinserting and rebooting too.
