I am looking for a copy of a monthly statement, last one is fine. I do not need my history usage as I am looking for a statement that shows the

I have lots of experience in this, going back years, and my advice is that if you need invoices, switch carriers now, as Public Mobile has a policy to make it impossible:

 

Here is what they are asking me for.  The last 4 are new TODAY.

 

You will need to provide:

  1. Your first and last name
  2. Address for the Account (street, not box)
  3. Phone number
  4. Account number
  5. email on file
  6. Amount Paid monthly
  7. Sharing Code
  8. Preferred Language
  9. PIN
  10. Description of your Plan
  11. The Last number you called or texted
  12. When was the last time you logged into the self-serve portal
  13. If you have any additional services
  14. How many years have you been with Public Mobile

 

Then you MIGHT get an invoice.  However, they add new items to this list every single time you ask.  Apparently it is POLICY, "since your invoice contains sensitive information". 

 

I'm currently complaining to the CRTC, Social Media, Better Business Bureau and likely going to small claims court over this.  It is RIDICULOUS! 

 

Curious what they say to you.

Yes, they can prepare you statement with your address there but t will take 2 to 3 weeks.

 

Please open ticket with CS agent  at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

First Type: I need a one-time invoice sent to me
It will give you some options and one of them is "I need a one-time invoice sent to me", click on it,
Then click  on "Contact Us" , and then click "Click here to submit a ticket"

you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

 

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

You need to open ticket with PM Support for  official invoice

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there
