Hi its the first time ive been out of my data and it's disappeared from the line but i have lots of bonus data and i can't access it my phone wont work outside of the home.
I have the exact same problem. I have the bonus left over reset my data limit in fact turned it off. Restarted my phone. Etc. I can see I have the bonus but recieved the same email and not letting me access it. I really do hate public mobile. ...
sorry i don't know how to find my way around here, i am new. i recently ran out of data for first time but all my bonus data isn't working. so i have to use my wifi at home how do i access it.
