Try login after 3 hours and click on Forgot Password.

If you still can’t get access to your account then you need the help of a CS_Agent to access your account.

type  request  help with email and  password

Meanwhile you can purchase a voucher from numerous retailers/gas station and load the funds by dialing 611 on your phone to keep the account active.

 

edit:  BTW, you have been paying the account and it hasn't been suspended without payment for more than 90 days?   If you didn't pay within the 90 days of suspension, then your account and number will have been closed.  Sorry.
