Blocking outgoing calls

Hi Community, is there a way to block an outgoing call made from your teenager?  For example, if he called a certain number it would not work. Thanks,

Even if there was a way then there would also a way to undo it. Perhaps the best way is to convince  that they are doing the wrong thing.

How do I prevent the teenage from calling one number in particular?

if you want to completely disable outgoing calls, turnon Call barring

or use app like SureLock to block calling to certain numbers

The recipient is usually the one that blocks calls. But they can leave voicemail.
