Hello, I correctly entered my fizz account number for the transferring of my number but i received a text message from public mobile saying the account number was incorrect and someone from public mobile will contact me @CS_Agent no one has contacted me yet, is my number actually transferred?

@Rosina27 Is anything working, can you call out but not receive voice calls for example? It seems that when you get that message you need to contact customer service yourself, you can send them a private message here

Best to contact a CS_Agent to help you complete then porting. Click on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent.
Or pm them but this is a slower method.
