I posted previously about being concerned that I could not find my black Friday plan renewal confirmation anywhere. I eventually did find it and it was supposed to take effect on December 23.
I just checked my account and it DID NOT apply, I have the previous $34 for 30gb 4g plan showing instead of the 40gb 5g plan that was supposed to start. Pretty upset and there doesn't seem to be any way to resolve this... Is my only option to just change providers for the boxing day deals? Such garbage support from public.

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again

Your best bet is to contact support at, @CS_Agent and explain the situation as they will be able to check what went wrong. Send a direct message to them.
