Hi,
My daughter received the Black Friday deal by email earlier today but I didn't. Is there a reason? Anyway, I ordered myself a phone (Samsung S20 . . ), used my Public Mobile email but didn't get the discount . . . plus, oddly, when I went to login during checkout it didn't recognize my account, even though I had just logged in previously through the Public Mobile portal. So I couldn't "login" to checkout but I checkout anyways, paid the normal price and not the Black Friday price because I want to make sure I get the phone. Thanks.

Well, it didn't work unfortunately. They finally fixed things and only 3 (3!) of their phones are on "sale" and not the one I brought. Still got the 30$ discount but on principle I cancelled my order. In my business, if I screw up I pay but not PM. I will be on the lookout for another provider for me and my family but choices are limited here in Canada and in the BC interior the Telus coverage is the best.

I am doing the same thing. But I did go ahead a buy a phone full price yesterday hoping to get the discount applied retroactively via Customer Service. We will see. Initially it sounds like they might only want to honor the (2) sample phones in the email. That would be unfortunate.

I had the same issue. I opened a ticket and Customer Support said they are working on it and the website should be updated "soon" to reflect the sale prices. It sounds like they sent the black friday email out a bit too early.

Hi, when I accessed the Phones page, the S20 was on there. It is rated "like new" which states it is mint, unused. If that is the case then 309 with the promo for the phone is a pretty good deal, given the 1 year PM warranty.

Correct; discount does not show... Regular PM glitches; get used to it.
Or it might appear on Black Friday, whenever it is.

Look at folder 'promotion' if you have it on your email portal. I found this promo email on gmail/promotions
I do not see S20; only S10 for $414, 'great' condition. I can have the same (like new, no physical blemishes) for $300 or less. With these 'certified' you have no idea what battery condition is.

Yes, it’s weird. I have 3 accounts and only 1 email offering this deal and of the Last 3 $25 RAFs.
I don’t use alias emails....all different emails. I guess I need to track what email gets what offer. And then see why no notifications to the other 2. Although even if you did not get an email for the RAFs, we were ALL eligible.

Hi, thanks but none of the phones had a discount on them when I visited the store, even the phones that advertised the discount in the email (and even if I used my daughter's account to login (I manage her account as she is a teen))

It would appear to be a targeted offer. But also, the shop login has no connection to the account or community. Maybe if you used the same email address as your account email address you might get something.

So, the save up to $60 on phone is nothing, just marketing terms saying phone are cheap.
But the $5 off your bill for 6 months, you will start getting it the first week or 2nd week of Dec. Just make sure you use the same email address to buy the phone as your My Account's email
If different, still ok, just open ticket with PM CS agent and they will help

OK, to be sure, contact Customer Support @mikcole
This way, there is a record of you making the inquiry and any discounts or offers are referenced. Also, be sure to screenshot any offers or discounts you receive as proof of same. These can be useful when presenting a case to the CSA's after the fact.
Make contact with Public Mobile Customer Support.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
