Hi Public Mobile Community,
I am just wondering how these Black Friday Plans work. How long do these deals last for if we switch to these plans? An example would be the "$34.00 / MONTH - 30 GB Data at 4G Speed" plan, but there are a few others. Are we on these plans until they suddenly end, or are they permanent for users on these plans while moving forward? Is there any indications anywhere that tells you how long one can be on these plans for before going back to the standard plans they offer?
Much appreciated!

According to the current condition in the company or other external conditions from inflation to other things, the plan may change or it might have been stated in the plan like it is for the first 24 months or so.
But you might get a better plan, or slightly worse.

For arguments sake it's permanent. As permanent as you're going to get anyway. Which makes it better than Freedom Mobile who's price typically goes up by at least $5 after 24 months. At PM this is your price. Just don't snooze, because if the offer goes before you snap it up, you're out of luck.

The company can change anything they like anytime they like. But it's exceedingly rare. Though it has happened. I'm on an old plan that they decided to increase the price by 30%. Before that there was a promo plan that they tried to increase the price but due to some bad marketing terminology (for them) they had to backtrack. Then even before that some really old plans got price increases and even obsoleted out.
You can rest pretty assured that once on the plan it's yours. Keep in mind though that if a plan comes out for the same cost or less but with more features, you would need to change to it. They won't just nicely change you to it.
