New activation to public mobile when I saw the $34 for 40 GB deal, after activation the account shows only 20GB left. Anyone can help? @CS_Agent

I have the same issue, and I have submitted 3 tickets to CS_Agent the last 2 days, but there 's no response from PM support. Let me know if your issue is resolved.

HI @Erin-06 check using the Incognito/private/secret mode to check again
if still showing wrong, submit ticket and agent will sort it out

This. But I clicked the promo link when I activated and I’m pretty sure it said 34$ for 40GB when I activated it

@Erin-06 Just go into your account and make change to the 40GB $34 plan for next renewal and not immediately or you lose money in current cycle , then confirm in your payment page that the plan is set to change on renewal for correct amount of data like this

HI @Erin-06 there were 3 or 4 different versions of $35 plan on BF, did you choose the correct one?
Also,
maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
If same, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here, they will confirm if you got the correct plan in the beginning:
