Hi my husband's phone needs to be reactivated his cell 7786749263 that i need to pay for but system is down. What do i need to do in the meantime? Help

@alexieyuro it is best to wait till My Account is up and running agian
or if you have the 4 digits PIN, you can use *611 to pay there
But if you don't have the PIN and you need to activate urgently, you can get a voucher from SDM/711/Shell/London Drug and load the voucher via *611 (that does not require PIN)

Please remove phone number from public forum.
Log in to My Account does not work.
If you have credit card registered with PM you can call 611 or 1-855-478-2542 and try to pay your bill that way.
Other option is to buy voucher and again call above numbers and pay.
Account should be reactivated automatically as you pay your bill. If not you should contact agent to reactivate it.

@alexieyuro Are you able to purchase a voucher from SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and add the funds by dialing 611 on his phone? There's also recharge.com who will email the voucher PIN for a fee.
