I need to update my payment method. I cannot login to my account due to system error. Is there another way to update my payment information?

No service. I get the regular menu when calling 611 - however, there is no option to update my pay.

If you are already paid or you have an account balance your payment card won't be charged. The payment system will always debit from the available funds first hopefully the payment extension won't roll a full renewal thru the system like it did with the massive autopay failure on April 1st of this year.

My payment was meant to come out today. I had to purchase vouchers so I could return calls. Is my credit card going to be charged now?

We’re continuing to work on a solution to this issue, and are going to do everything we can to keep our customers connected. During this time, all customers unable to process payment for November 3, will receive an extended pay period until November 4.
