@Patelnikhilb Regardless of the funds if they appear on your account contact the moderators so they can look into why you were charged twice so it doesn't happen again.

If the extra charge is in Available Funds, you will not lose that money and it will be used to pay for your next renewal. If you would like a refund, contact moderators by clicking ?, bottom right, and follow instructions to submit a ticket. Moderator wait time could be a few hours or less, or within a day, from my experience.

Otherwise, submit a ticket: click https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and enter your question into SIMon. Follow/invent prompts until you get to the Contact Us button, click it and a Submit Ticket button should appear.
