Unfortunately, you can’t transfer funds from one account to another. You can manually make a payment with a CC, debit or vouchers then dial 611 on your phone.

@Dylan26   Are you able to use a voucher to get your account going again, or add funds from your card using this link?  https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card

I have to send money to my account from another account to pay for my services so my card declined  I'm just trying to get it rebilled
