Just discovered continued billing from Public Mobile for a number they no longer serve. How do I cancel service/billing for a number I transferred a couple of months ago? When I try to log into my account to cancel I am prompted to "Resume Activation" or return to the login page. I do NOT want to resume activation, I want to simply clean up, i.e. cancel, the billing/service with Public Mobile. How do I do that?

if you already tranferred the number away, you shouldn't be charged further. Please message PM support agent for refund request
