My account was inactivated yesterday stating that it had not been paid this month. However, after checking with my bank, the payment transaction did go through and was posted as usual this month, so there is no reason for it!

if you login My Account, it shows on hold? and you have a button about Pay now and resume service?
When was the last payment date showing on My Accont? (Check at Payment page)
