Hello
I had added 1GB of data but it looks like I was charged for that and then 3GB? The 1GB was 15 and the 3GB was 30. Can u please adjust this as I only wanted to add 1GB

@Alissa87 - we are all customers and members like you here on the Community Forum. @computergeek541 provided ways to contact public mobile employees. Did you think posting here you were talking to public mobile staff?
Data addons last 30 days from purchase. When you contact public mobile customers support (CS_Agent), they will likely provide a credit to your Available Funds for one of the addons you did not want. These available funds will be used against future renewals.
Also, note, depending on your plan, it may be worth restarting your plan over again, or changing your plan to a higher data bucket. Just note, that funds are not prorated for the amount already prepaid in the current cycle.
